Well, I’m sure you’ve all seen the infomercials for these machines with Christie Brinkley and Chuck Norris. Last year around the time Rob and I got married, he ordered one. I pitched a royal fit as they’re like $1200-1400 if you order them from the infomercial. I made him send it back when it came. There was no freakin’ way I was paying that much for it.
A week or more ago, we were talking to hubby’s SIL and she said about how someone was using one and how great it was and what a difference it made. Needless to say, it peaked my interest. I looked into it and found that you can get a “lesser” model for around $250. The main differences being, it’s longer for taller people, can hold 25 more pounds, and has more extra accessories. Well, hubby and I are short and don’t weigh near the maximum that the lesser model holds. So, I gave it more thought. I ended up looking on eBay and found a refurbished one from the factory for $188.50, after shipping!! It comes with the same one year warranty that a brand new one has. Has the leg pulley accessory and one wing accessory that can be used for the push/pull ups and leg work. I had even read up on all the models and the 1500 is the best buy. Everything else is just extra.
Anyhow, we got it on Thursday and have each been doing our daily routine that it maps out for you. Man! What a work out in a short period of time. We love it. It truly is easy switch from exercise to exercise and such a variety of workouts to do. I’ll keep you all posted!!
